Preparing for our third NWT fundraiser yard sale, this time down at Dirk's. A lot of work, but worth it. Our second yard sale at my place yielded over $600! And all $5 and $10 items. We have one more major purchase to make for our adventure -- a dash cam. So far we've generated over $1200 from our first two sales, including a curbside find that netted us another $125 -- a mini hot water tank. Brand new, still in box! I included a screen shot of it. They're worth $249 plus tax at HD. The stuff people throw away . . .
