Liz decided, as we were getting ready to photograph the aurora, to fiddle with the controls on her camera, buttons which she hadn't touched in eleven years, and didn't know what they were for.
Subsequently, her camera locked up and she was unable to get back to the settings she was accustomed to; thus resulting in a minor melt-down on the Ingraham Trail. Lol
Instead of exacerbating ("exacerbate" - to make worse) the situation by being reactive, I calmed her down with a hug and some soothing words.
She was then able to focus and figure out the proper settings for her camera, and shot the aurora photo in the previous post:
